Directions to the Queen’s Medical Centre Campus

The Queen’s Medical Centre campus is located on the Nottingham ring road, accessed from the A6200 Derby Road and A52 Clifton Boulevard.

The Orthoptic Department is located on A Floor in the Eye and Ear Nose and Throat Centre (opposite South block entrance). Please report to the Orthoptic reception on your arrival. Click here for hospital map.


Park & Ride

There is a free Medilink bus service from Queen’s Drive Park & Ride and Wilkinson Street Park & Ride which operates every 10 minutes. The nearest bus stop on the hospital’s perimeter road is Leen Gate Stop.

Car Parking

Please note that pay and display machines require exact change. The charges for public parking are currently £4 for up to 2 hours, £5 for 2 - 4 hours, and £6 for all day.

Travel Expenses

All patients recruited onto the I-BiT Plus trial will be reimbursed their actual travel expenses up to a maximum of £15 per additional visit.
